• Standard working week:
• Monday–Thursday: 7:30am – 4:30pm (45-minute unpaid lunch)
• Friday: 7:30am – 12:30pm

• Program and operate CNC lathes to produce precision components
• Interpret engineering drawings and manufacture parts to exact customer specifications
• Identify and select appropriate tooling for machining operations
• Monitor machining processes to ensure parts are produced within tolerance and to a high standard
• Maintain accurate records of work completed, changes, and observations
• Keep work area clean, organised, and in compliance with safety standards
• Adhere to Health & Safety legislation and internal policies, including appropriate use of PPE
• Communicate effectively with colleagues to support production flow and quality targets
• Time-served CNC Turner with demonstrable experience
• Strong ability to interpret and understand engineering drawings
• Proven experience programming CNC lathes
• Solid knowledge of tooling, machining processes, and best practice techniques
• Ability to work independently with initiative and as an effective team member
• Strong attention to detail with quality-focused workmanship
