Responsibilities

• Review, organise, and manage contracts with clients to ensure smooth daily operations
• Ensure all contractual documentation complies with legal requirements and company policies
• Maintain accurate records of contracts and related correspondence within organisational databases
• Monitor contract deadlines and renewal dates, taking timely actions as required
• Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to facilitate contract execution and amendments
• Provide guidance on contractual obligations and terms to relevant departments
• Assist in resolving issues that arise during contract periods
• Support implementation of best practices for contract management and compliance

Requirements

• Proven experience in contract administration or a similar administrative role
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple contracts simultaneously
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficient in using technical platforms and software systems
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team
