Carry out annual and interim maintenance visits in accordance with the Gas Safety (Installation and Use) Regulations.
Replace heating controls and components following manufacturer specifications.
Conduct Combustion Performance Analysis and record accurate results.
Perform fault investigation and diagnosis, referencing manufacturers’ technical literature.
Attend reported gas escapes and suspected fumes incidents, ensuring all safety standards are met.
Maintain accurate service records and ensure compliance documentation is up to date.
